Looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives in Waretown, NJ.

 Individual is looking for a DSP provide community base support. Individual likes  Iplay America, the trampoline, and  doing  things in the community.. DSP must have a reliable car to transport the individual and do community activities.  Mileage reimbursement offered.

Starting Pay Rate: $28+ Per hour

Schedule:  12-13 hours

Mon- Thurs 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm , Sundays, potentially flexible
