Lawrence Township – Adult recently moved to Lawrence and living in own apartment seeking experienced Direct Support Professional/ DSP support with errands, shopping, and occasional doctor’s appointments.  Seeking DSP who is familiar with the area, has provided support in areas listed above previously, and who understands person-centered thinking.  Direct Support Professional/ DSPs must be mature, responsible, and know how to follow the lead of the person supported.  Individual seeking support has vision and hearing challenges.  Individual seeking Direct Support Professional/ DSP support is also funny, smart, and kind.  DSP must use own vehicle for transporting individual so DSP must have reliable car and be willing to drive.  Direct Support Professional/ DSP must also be okay with having a cat around, as the individual has a service cat.  Schedule is 2 weekday evenings per week (days can be flexible, from 5 pm – 7 pm or 6 pm – 8 pm.  $24.50/hr.
